We know you know how to tape up for a game, but this is a very unique material, so here are just a few tips on how to get the best out of your blocks.
Wrap tape 2 or 3 times around your dry leg, this gives a non-slip surface for the block to sit on.
Place the block on your leg.
Wrap as much tape as needed around your leg to secure the block, we recommend AT LEAST 4 times to really hold the block in place.
